About the Client
Our client is a growing retail company based in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a C&B officer with 3+ years' experience to join as part of the HR team - assisting with C&B operations, payroll and ad hoc projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all C&B matters including payroll processing, benefits administration and taxation for around 150 pax back office staff based in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate processing and record keeping of monthly payroll, and related statutory filings. This is an all round C&B position and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR Management or related disciplines with minimum 3+ years' experience in C&B area, and with hands on payroll exposure acquired from retail and fast-moving environment. You will be well-versed in local labour ordinance and familiar with MS office usage. You will also be a detail oriented individual with strong numerical sense; English and Chinese required for this role and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
