Our client is a health and wellbeing company. To cope with their expansion plan, they are looking to hire a Center Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nutritional and naturopathic therapy
- Deliver training to the team on customer service and complaint handling
- Follow up with clients and customers with their feedback
- Build and maintain relationship with customers
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatment
- Provide support on daily operation at the center
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holders in nutrition, nursing, biology, naturopathic medicine, traditional Chinese medicine
- Work experience in clinic or wellness center is preferred
- Customer service oriented and a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
- Proficient PC skills of MS office and Chinese word processing
