About Our Client
Our client is a well-known household brand in the hospitality industry with a long history and presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for a strong CFO to assist in the business turnaround.
About The Role
Reporting to the CEO and the Board, you will lead a sizable team with over 50 headcounts in maintaining the daily operations but more importantly developing and implementing appropriate business strategies together with financial plans for better performance. You will be one of the key representatives when interacting with stakeholders and external parties, such as financial institutions, the Government and advisors.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Accountancy or Business Studies with a valid accounting qualification in Hong Kong. You should have accumulated over 25 years of work experience. Successful track record in business turnaround with prior experience in working with statutory bodies is preferred. In addition, your ability to problem solve with a strategic perspective is required. It is also essential to have good people management experience as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
