About the Client
Listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, my client is a young real estate developer in China with multiple spots. To continue with their business strategy, they are looking for an experienced CFO to join the management team.
About the Role
Reporting into the Executive Director, you will build your own team, being fully responsible for the operations finance department. You will develop organisational strategies by contributing financial data, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction. You will also lead the team in preparing interim and annual reports as well as play a critical part in Corporate Finance and Treasury as well as looking after the tax function. In addition, you should maximise return on invested funds by identifying any future investment opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Accounting or related subjects with a recognized CPA qualification. You should have at least 25 years progessive track record of success and acquired at least 15 years of leadership experience, preferably in the real estate industry or previous from DCM. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
