- Develop & matintain food services and off-trade channels in HK & Macau and propose effective sales strategies and business plans for all the products within the group
- Lead the sales team (Assistant Sales Manager and Senior Sales Executive) and market development team to achieve the business objectives
- Formulate the Field marketing campaign initiatives in demand and other related programs execution
- Build customer relationships through customer conversations to understand organizational strategic objectives and goals
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years related business development & channel management experience in food & brverage, food services - On & Off trade
- Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
- Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
