- Manage and Oversee the kitchen operations for the restaurant with the hotel's standards and expectations, as a first-in-charge of the representative outlet's kitchen
- Maintain and develop the current menu and the flexibility to accommodate guest's special requests are a must
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager/ DOFB to manage the outlet's P&L, promotion, or events planning
- Expected to work flexible shift duties according to operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience in Italian restaurants, preferably with luxury hotel brands or in Mainland China
- Good command of English, Italian is a plus
- Strong people mindset and leadership skills
- Qualification or knowledge in food handling, hygiene practices, or safety standards
- Basic Computer Skills in MS applications
