About the role 關於職位
- Manage the operation of 3 outlets including 1 casual dining restaurant, and 2 Chinese restaurants
- Monitor the food quality and production are up to the group's standard as well to maintain the recipe consistency
- Maintain and develop the Chinese and casual dining menus up to trends
- Build a close relationship with the members by collecting their feedback and recommendations to accommodate their needs
- Manage the annual budget and handle administrative work, e.g. scheduling and food ordering

- 根據食譜和俱樂部標準監控食品生產、質量和確保一致性

The successful candidate 關於申請人
- Minimum of 10 years experience in distinguished clubhouses, hotels, or restaurants, with 3 years in a similar position
- Creative, innovative, and business-minded in controlling costs
- Strong management, planning, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of HACCP
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of both Chinese and English
- Experience with MS Office applications
