About Our Client
Our client is a luxury private members club in Hong Kong, providing numerous catering and sports events, recreation facilities, and entertainment resources to their members. They are now looking for a Chef de Partie for their kitchens.
About the Job
- Prepare food production with attractive display, according to established policies, guidelines and recipes
- Handle all food production and oversee the operation of the section
- Responsible for food checks, event orders and preparation
- Ensure the hygiene and safety of the workstation
- Supervise the staffs with leftover food handling
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years experience in hotels or clubhouses, with 2 years in the same title
- Good sense and knowledge of food trend
- Able to develop innovative dishes and menu
- Good leadership skills with positive mindset
- Knowledge of kitchen daily operation, including cost control and procurement system, HACCP, work safety, and so on
- Good command in both spoken English and Chinese
