About The Client
Our client is a well-established and renowned brand within the B2B servicing sector. They are currently hiring for a Chief Human Resources Officer to manage the Human Capital of the organisation.

About The Role
Reporting into the CEO, you will manage the HR function and act as the top people strategist within the organisation.

You will be expected to provide creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly. The role is regarded as the highest possible HR / People position and will require years of skill, experience and knowledge.

- Partner with management to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits isssues, performance management and training
- Play a role in the strategic deliberations of the executive team
- Supervise and lead a sizeable HR team in creating an inviting and cohesive employee experience
- Implement and manage compliance efforts with all the employment laws and regulations that govern the private companies relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Act as an employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR related needs and delivering value added service for the benefit of the employees
- Provide insightful crisis management advice when required
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology and culture
- Investigate claims of misconduct and escalate to legal and security team as required
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure regulatory compliance. Identify trends that could impact the organisation objectives
- Ensure the organisation's values are reflected in people-oriented decisions
- Drive the change management of the organisation
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the department and perform periodic cost and producutivity analyses
- Build talent and capability across the business
- Create and maintain comprehensive talent retention plans for the organisation
- Design appropriate employee recognition and incentive programmes
- Design and manage an organisation's health and well-being programmes

Requirements
- Strong record of HR management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Experience of driving change in an organisation, ideally sizeable corporations within the B2B servicing sector
- The ability to influence at all levels within an organisation inclusive of frontline operations and corporate functions
- Strong strategic skills to enable the development of people strategies within the business
- The ability to lead and coach at executive level and beyond. This includes developing a coaching etho throughout an organisation
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proven ability in stakeholders management
- Highly developed leadership skills and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills involving complex data, as well as presenting findings at board level
- Dedication to diversity and ethics within the organisation. This include developing relevant processes and programmes within the business
- The ability to run successful recruitment exercises and to develop successful staff retention programmes
