About our Client
A Hong Kong based casual dining restaurant group with a diverse multi-branded portfolio with a vision to expand their business. A rare opportunity has arisen and they are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their growing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading a team of 13, you will create and implement integrated marketing, branding and digital initiatives to create tactical and impactful campaigns to achieve revenue goals. You will ensure articulation of brand desired image and position appeals to different market segments to maximize the impact on audience-focused integrated marketing campaigns through different marketing channels. Working closely with your team by initiating loyalty marketing initiatives to maximize member's acquisition, retention and conversion rates to achieve business profitability. You will take the lead in formulating marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, and to drive business expansion plans across Hong Kong. Lastly, you are responsible for planning and managing the annual marketing budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years' marketing experience with a minimum of 8 years' at a managerial level
- Strong strategic mind-set and business acumen, ability to provide advice to team that is aligned with the brand's goals and direction
- Prior loyalty marketing experience is highly preferred
- Strong engagement and persuasive skills, ability to influence different stakeholders
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is a prerequisite for this role
