About the Client
Our client is a non-bank FI with leading presence in Hong Kong and growing presence in Greater Bay Area. To cope with the rapid growth, they are looking to hire a CTO to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and managing a sizeable team, you will be the strategic shaper for the Fintech and information technology development . On one hand, as a member of Executive team of the Company, you shall be working with the leadership team and external vendors to oversee technology operations and accelerate the use of technology to drive organisation strategic IT improvements and outcomes. There is also an existing pipeline of projects and systems that you will be expected to get the ground running and take charge of their implementation and Fintech adoption. In addition, you will develop and continue with the development of the technology roadmap, digital marketing strategies and prepare business cases and cost/benefit analysis of new initiatives. Lastly, you will collaborate with the China team in creating the Fintech platform and research new technologies in the market and drive digital and technology transformation across the business, ensuring strong project governance, effective change management and software development delivery.
The Successful Applicants
To qualify, you should be a bachelor's degree holder from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with 20+ years of experience required. You should have proven ability to anticipate customer needs and future, emerging trends and to articulate a vision and strategy that motivate others to action. In addition, you should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong and collaborative relationships with diverse and demanding internal and external customers. Candidates from Fintech or financial services background will be a plus. Good command in Chinese and English.
