Our client is a luxurious MNC retailer with direct operated stores across all tier 1 and tier 2 shopping malls in Hong Kong. To cope with existing business activities, they are in search for a seasoned Client Development Manager to join their retail sales team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Flagship Boutique Director and dotted line to Retail Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing the in-store VIP sales activities for the Flagship boutique. Internally, you will be working closely with various departments to strategise and build sales pipelines based on analysed CRM data and sales track records. Externally, you will be participating company events to foster existing VIP clients and prospecting for additional sales opportunities.
This is a role that requires strong relationship management and interpersonal skills as well as a hands-on working retail attitude.
- Degree holder with a successful sales track record with any tier 1 multinational luxury label
- 10 years of luxury retail working experience with atleast 3 to 5 years focused in VIP client engagement / development
- Experienced in prospecting and facilitating high value transactions
- Strong VIP network in Hong Kong is a must
- Solid understanding on luxury service and customer engagement
- Charismatic and meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
