About the Client
Our client is one of the leading nutritional products companies with presence around the globe. In order to cope with their expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are now looking for an Assistant Client Excellence Manager to oversee the Client Service Team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- To manage a team of Client Service Executives and ensure the delivery of quality service to the clients by the team
- To co-ordinate and to manage the arrangement of events and seminars for the clients
- Constant communication with HQ and to obtain the most updated product knowledge and to provide training to Client Service Executives
- To provide customer care service training to the team
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum of 4 years experience in direct selling or telemarketing in any industries
- Experienced in team-management, customer servicing and event management
- Good business acumen and a good team-player
- Customer-centric and with good customer care skill-set
- Good command of English and Chinese
