Our Clients is A HK listed market leader in Data centre service provide, to cope with their expansion plan, they are seeking potential candidate for Customer Relationship Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Managing company's top few key account's customer relationship. Work closely different internal team, responsible for identify customers' needs and expectations through join meeting, maintain customer relationship
- Provide high quality and handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide solutions to customers in a professional manner
- Being a trusted partner, consultant to ensure customer's overall satisfaction with company's direction
Requirements:
- Degree or above, preferably in Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or key account management position
- Strategic account management experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with strong business sense
