About Our Client
Our client is one of renowned hearing health centre in Hong Kong. To sustain their continuous growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the company.
Responsibility
- Register for visitors and make appointments
- Assist audiologists to access the hearing of patients and customers to diagnose the degree and type of impairment
- Demonstrate new techniques and equipment
- Perform equipment maintenance and checking
- Provide support to customers service team
- Take internal trainings and develop your career path as an Audiologist
Requirements:
- DSE or above, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- A minimum of 1 year full-time/part-time working, preferably with customer service/sales experience
- Good communication and learning attitude
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
