About the Client
Our client is a prestigious hospitality and entertainment company with many fast-growing brands under their portfolio. A rare opportunity has arisen, and they are looking for a Club Manager to manage one of their luxury clubs in Hong Kong.
About the role
Reporting to the Group General Manager and leading a team of frontline staff, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and entertainment venue for the club. You will implement and launch partnership, seasonal and special promotions to increase food and beverage sales. Providing training to the team to constantly improve the customer experience is a key responsibility for this role. You will also be responsible in maintaining the upkeep of the club. Lastly, you will plan and organize regular events to increase profitability to the entertainment venue.
Requirements
- 5 years+ of working experiences in F&B Operation or equivalent experience
- Required to work night shifts
- Guest service oriented, strong leadership and team building abilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and willing to take on challenges
- Good command of written and verbal communications skill in English
