Our client is a one of the leading virtual banks. They are looking a Collection Manager. This role mainly focuses on providing collection actions, engagement with agencies and strategy planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operation of frontend to backend collection strategies by constantly reviewing collection procedures
- Cooperate with the credit policies team, adopt a data driven approach to enhance and optimize the collection strategies
- Review operational processes to identify opportunities to streamline & automate operation, improve service and minimize credit losses
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 8 years of collection experience in consumer banking Strong commitment and good communication skills.
- Good command skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
