Our client is an attractive consumer brand with a sound expansion plan. They are looking for a seasoned senior management caliber to join their team as the Commercial Director.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will have a full commercial responsibility across sales performance, marketing and branding, revenue management, corporate communications as well as CRM. You will devise annual business objectives to drive the strategy for each function, lead the directions for the teams in quarter focus contributing to the yearly achievement. You will oversee a diversified function and be a strong leader to create synergy and collaboration among the different parties. As the Commercial Director, you are expected to have a strong industry network to penetrate into different external partners to maximize the sales touch points, to reach out to the targeted customer from the local and overseas markets. It is a high level and challenging opportunity for a senior stakeholder to join a dream brand to develop the business growth consistently.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in business, marketing or other related disciplines
- 20+ years commercial experience, min 10 years from senior management level
- Background from retail, travel, entertainment or hospitality
- Proven track record in setting business strategy and sales generation
- Creative, strategic, customer centric, business driven and passionate
- Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
