About the Client
Our client is a reputable family office with a well-established team in Hong Kong with international investments. They are now looking for a Company Secretary to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties as well as trust administration for the office. You will prepare documents, meeting minutes and board resolutions for board and committee meetings. You will handle correspondence and ensure flow of information between the board and management. In addition, you will prepare documents for any trust establishment and asset and directorship transfer globally as well as ensure the compliance of any relevant regulatory requirements. You will be the communication window to all external parties, such as bankers, advisors and all related parties.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Company Secretarial, Accounting or Law with a professional qualification at HKICS. You should possess at least 15 years of relevant work experience in handling company secretarial matter as well as excellent technical knowledge in trust compliance as well as documentation. You should be proficient in handling external parties, have an eye for details as well as good problem solving skills. You should be well organised and fluent in English and Cantonese.
