About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer and leading a team of 9, you will take lead of the C&B team and direct the implementation of C&B strategies / programmes applicable to business groups. You will apply a continuous improvement mindset, focus on end users' needs, streamline existing processes and maximise automation and digitalisation opportunities. You will also work closely with HR functional leads and business stakeholders to proactively identify issues and recommend compensation solutions, ensure compliance with local C&B legislation and ensure business specific programs are aligned with business strategies and deliver the desired impact. You will also leverage annual reward programmes (salary review, annual bonus, recognition) to optimise talent attraction and retention, whilst support with company wide ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 15+ years C&B experience, banking HR experience a must. As the C&B lead, you will demonstrate strong communications and influencing skills sharing functional expertise, industry insights and best practices within the bank. You will also have advanced people management skills and extensive experience in successfully designing, communicating and deploying compensation initiatives / projects in a large scale bank. You will also be customer focused with a passion to drive positive change, also strong consulting experience combining analytical thinking with highly effective communications skills. Chinese will be required for this role.
