About our Client
Our client is a reputable distributor with global business presence and they are looking for a Compensation Manager with solid Payroll and C&B experience.
About the Role
- Report to Senior C&B Manager with team leading and supervising exposure
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Assist in C&B annual exercises such as salary benchmarking, compensation review and bonus review
- Ensures compliance with local laws and best practices.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 8 years of experience in C&B and payroll operation, ideally from sizeable corporations
- With positive attitude and strong numerical sense
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
