About Our Client
Our client, a prestige foreign asset management firm is now looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
About The Role
- Provide compliance advice to asset management business
- Develop and enhance compliance policies and procedures and monitoring their effective implementation
- Manage and facilitate smooth, accurate and timely communications with headquarter and other internal stakeholders
- Prepare regular and ad hoc compliance management reports
- Handle regulatory requests such as reporting, inquiries, investigations and inspections and ensure smooth, accurate and timely communication with regulators
- Develop, implement and execute the compliance training program
- Perform compliance monitoring and compliance assessment
- Handle SFC licensing matters for companies and individuals
- Disseminate latest regulatory requirements to relevant business and support units and follow-up with the respective units on implementation plan, if required
- Develop and provide compliance training
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Law, Accounting, Finance and Business
- 5-10 years of relevant compliance experience
- Strong communication skills in fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
