A life insurance firm has established a long-standing presence in Hong Kong.They are hiring for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their compliance team.
About The Role
- Provide advisory services to business on compliance related matters and offer best practice solution
- Identify new relevant legislations, regulations and codes arising from regulatory bodies, and establish relevant compliance obligations for the entities
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and monitoring tests, and identifies the related issues for appropriate remediation and escalation
- Compile and management the monthly report for management review
- Maintain relevant Compliance Manuals and Policies in accordance with latest
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Accounting, Finance and Business
- Candidate with Legal background would be an advantage
- At least 6 years of Compliance experience from insurance
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with the insurance regulatory requirements
