Job Description
Our client is an Investment Bank based in Hong Kong focus on DCM, Alternative Investment and Corporate Financing business and now looking for an AVP/ VP - Compliance to join their group.
Job duty/responsibility:
- Be the key contact with SFC and HKMA*
- Handle license registration and administration*
- Prepare all compliance related reporting to regulators and head office, review compliance policies and procedures
- Provide advisory on compliance issue and provide training to colleagues
Job requirement:
- University graduated in related discipline
- Having 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial industry
- Fluent English is a must, Local. Korean with work visa will be much appreciated
