Job Description
- Lead boutique CRM and Event to ensure excellent execution
- Work closely with the Store, Merchandising and Training team to elevate customer experience
- Utilize database to identify potential clients
- Work closely with the mall for event
- Coach and support store team in client development
Requirement
- At least 5 years in client development in luxury retail or hospitality
- Be creative to tailor made an exclusive customer journey
- Fluent in English and Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
