Our client is one the world's renowned leading F&B brands with a strong business presence in Hong Kong. The team is now looking for high caliber candidate to join as Construction Project Manager.
About the Role
- Responsible for project management and license application for store opening and re-imaging.
- Managing the development programme and budgets for all construction projects including new restaurant development, remodelling, major maintenance and repair works.
- Ensuring the assigned projects are completed on time and within budget to agreed standards.
- Principal accountability include, but are not limited to development plan execution, site development and management, relationships with consultants, contractors, costings and vendor management.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Quantity Survey and Possess 5 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication and MS Office/Project skills
- Fluent in English
