職責
- 接聽客服熱線，提供優質高效的客戶服務
- 處理所有客人的查詢以及投訴
- 處理會員會藉相關文書工作，行政事宜
- 其他客戶服務
入職要求
- 大專或以上程度
- 有相關工作經驗優先
- 誠懇有禮，具有良好電話對答技巧
- 懂廣東話，良好國語或英語會話及寫作
- 需至少接種兩劑疫苗
地點及時間
- 中環
- 星期一至星期五
- 0900-1800
薪酬
- 14,000或以上
