Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the frontline team to achieve business targets and service standards
- Oversee and manage daily operations of all POS including targets, budget, frontline services, visual merchandising, inventory, store logistics and maintenance to achieve company objectives
- Handle frontline HR matters such as roster, attendance record and documents follow up etc.
- Maintain and increase sales of the brand
- Reach the targets and goals set for the shop
- Coach, motivate and train sales staff on counter
- Monitor the grooming of the beauty consultants and the tidiness of the shop
- Work together with the sales team and manage them on counter to boost up the sales results
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales and supervisory experience in Retail industry
- Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English and Mandarin is preferrable
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, autonomous, strong leadership and energetic
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Passion in beauty and skincare products
Salary Package:
- Monthly $23,000-25,000
