Job Description
Our client is one of the leading Chinese Bank with around 10 years of history in the Hong Kong Corporate Banking market. To cater their growth, they are looking for a talent Controller to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will head up the management reporting function of the bank, providing budgets, forecasts as well as performance analysis for their Hong Kong corporate banking business.
You will guide your growing team to deliver financial analytics to the management for business review as well as involved in policy making for their HK operation. In addition, you will also participate in the strategic planning of future business directions.
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in accounting or related subjects and a qualified accountant with at least 10 years of related experience coming from the banking industry. Corporate banking experience preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to business partners as well as acquiring strong management reporting technical knowledge. Experience in working in a local or Chinese bank is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin and Chinese writing is essential.
