Our client is a renowed local solicitor firm, currently hiring an experienced conveyancing clerk to join and support one of their Senior Legal Counsels.
About The Role
Working on 1:1 basis and supported by a proactive and experienced Senior Legal Counsel, you will take on a mixed caseload of both sale and purchase files; new builds, transfers of equity, shared ownerships, leaseholds and help to buy. You will attend to clients, estate agents, intermediaries and other 3rd parties both on the telephone / email and written correspondence within agreed SLA's. You will ensure clients are dealth with efficiently, professionally and politely, whilst provide general legal administrative support within the Conveyancing team including filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry and management of incoming post. The company has a strong network of good quality referred work, established relationships and offers a genuinely supportive working environment, alongside a competitive package to attract the best talent.
The ideal candidate will have solid work experience working as a conveyancing clerk in solicitor firms, with proven customer care skills, the ability to work quickly, maintain high standards of accuracy and with excellent attention to details. You will come across as assertive, calm, friendly and a good team player, also excellent time management and organisation skills. Competitive remuneration package offered to attract the best.
