About The Client
Our client, a long-standing and reliable local law company with office in Central, has a broad clientele that includes property developers, government agencies, banks, enterprises, and private individuals. To aid the firm's expansion, they are now seeking a motivated and ambitious lawyer, especially with experience in conveyancing.
About The Role
Reporting to Senior Legal counsel, you will:
- Provide legal advice to and communicate with clients to their interests;
- Liaise with clients, agents and third parties such as other solicitors and banks in a professional manner;
- Draft legal documents such as deeds, contracts, missives for transactions of properties;
- Handle conveyancing files and settlements with great attention to detail
Requirements
- PQE 5+, preferably in conveyancing (candidates of less years of experiences may also be considered)
- Well-presented, professional, personable and self-motivated
- Great command of both English and Chinese
- A team player with strong communication skills
