About The Client
Our client is a Chinese private equity firm, currently hiring a Corporate Associate to join as part of the Legal and Compliance team. PRC legal qualifications required for this role, and 5+ years of stable solicitor firm and/or in-house experience from financial services sector highly regarded.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will:
- Review, draft and negotiate transaction documents on investment deals, supplier agreements
- Perform legal due diligences as required
- Provide legal counsel on the company's general issues
- Assist on ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- A Degree holder in Law or related disciplines
- PRC legal qualifications required for this role
- 5+ years of legal experience gained from solicitor firm and/or Chinese financial institutions
- Written and spoken Mandarin and English required
- Strong attention to details, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
