Job Description
Our client is well-funded Fintech start up, currently looking for a Finance Director to help execute full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, with a heavy focus on fund raising exercises.
Report into the CEO, you will liaise with various institutional parties in execution of transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities. You will also identify potential partners and create a strong fundraising message representing the company, and providing support to business stakeholders for maintaining relationship with investors, investees and business partner.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines, with a minimum of 10+ years corporate finance experience preferable from investment banking industry or other professional service sector. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English is key and the flexibility with travelling will be essential. Candidates with strong network in institutional sales and interest with fundraising activities will definitely help excel in this role.
