With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Director to drive sales towards our office clients in Hong Kong.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target office clients and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the office supplies sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to office client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our office client base.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry developments and maintain a strong network of contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the office supplies or related industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
