Job Description
Our client is looking for a digital specialist to join their team for setting up CRM program.
Responsibilities
- Work with external vendor from set up to evaluation and system optimization of the CRM Apps and Brand site for APAC markets
- Responsible for the management of different platforms including Adobe CRM, food delivery
- Develop attractive content to draw customers traffic and retention
- Data analysis on customer purchasing pattern for long term CRM strategy
- Responsible for digital marketing and social media campaigns including SEO / SEM
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience in Luxury or FMCG industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Exposure in regional markets is a plus
