About the Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based conglomerate with a growing portfolios of hotels, F&B outlets, entertainment hubs and education services. With a significant market shares in the hospitality, tourism sector and a current pursuit to extend their service, a CRM & Marketing Manager is now sought to join their team.


About the Role


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and managing a team of 2, this role will provide the insight required to develop the long term strategic business plan and to make better commercial decisions which will improve customer loyalty, brand awareness and members' growth. As an individual, you will leverage all corporate tools and research from external agencies to translate all consumer insights into strategy and competitive advantages to incentivise consumers to become a member. The position will identify trends that generate actionable insights and recommendations and lay the foundations for improved understanding of consumer and customer behaviours to support the achievement of team and departmental CRM objectives.


Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 8 years of experience in marketing with solid exposure in hospitality or tourism loyalty CRM program, marketing communications and promotions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to create effective offers and promotions
  • Excellent communications and organising skills. Well organised, able to manage projects and priorities with on time, on budget delivery
  • Experience in demonstrating leadership/influence and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment, and across multiple and diverse groups
  • Self-starter who performs well with appropriate supervision and has a track record of producing results
  • Highly energetic and demonstrates ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
