Our client is a FMCG retailer with strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with their fast expanding business, they are looking for a CRM Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to Marketing Director and leading a small team, you will formulate CRM strategy and develop customer activation, retention and loyalty campaigns. You will analyze existing data and tidy up the database, drive customer segmentation strategy. You will develop strategic partnership with different payment platforms and come up with attractive promotion offers to drive business. You will conduct data analysis and provide insights for strategic planning. You will also develop appropriate communications to different target segments. You have to work with IT teams and provide inputs for system enhancement. You will assist in ad hoc projects when required.
- Degree holder in Marketing or related field
- At least 8 years of marketing and CRM experience in FMCG or FMCG Retail
- Solid experience in data-mining and developing segmentation strategy is highly preferred
- Customer-oriented, creative and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
