Our client is an international jewellery brand with an extensive presence throughout the world. To cope with their mission of providing exceptional services to customers, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the team as CRM Manager.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement CRM strategies, define a detailed CRM action plan and work closely with cross-functional departments to achieve CRM goals. You will provide tools and supports to retail staff for CRM implementation and identify partnership opportunity to expand client database. You will manage the client database, ensure data accuracy and communicate with front line sales to ensure quality of the information collected. You will also conduct client data analysis, develop strategic plan based on client segmentation, plan and execute CRM events and explore opportunities to tap into target clientele.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of CRM experiences in Luxury Retail industry
- Hands-on, strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
