Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team as a CRM Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Customer segmentation by data analysis from membership database
- Drive CRM events and campaign by designing customer journey
- Manage membership and loyalty program from customer acquisition and retention
- Responsible for VIP events, trade shows or in store events
- Conduct market research and data analysis for business insight
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of marketing or business management
- At least 5 years' experience in CRM in retail industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
