CRM Specialist (3-month contract, 25-30k)
Responsibilities
- Support CRM Assistant Manager in basic data programming, data architecting/extraction, and report creation
- Maintain and update CRM data for analysis on market, client trend and development
- Understand the reason and utilize different methods and tools to collect and analyse CRM data by working with various internal teams
- Support on non-data related work such as logistics and admin management
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail or luxury markets, CRM exposure will be a plus
- Great proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Talents with data programming skills (e.g. Python, SeqIO) will be strongly preferred
- Strong sense of data and numbers, analytical and detail-minded
- Team player with commitment and flexibility
- Able to work under dynamic and fast-paced environment
Details
- 3-month contract, renewable upon request
- 5-day work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Location: Quarry Bay
- Immediate availability is preferred
