Our client is a market leading luxury retailer with strong presence in Greater China. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a CRM specialist to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be handling data mining and interpretation of data from retail POS and other internal systems. You will be conducting data analysis to generate insights and come up with solutions and recommendations to tackle challenges. You will work very closely with internal marketing team to come up with joint promotion and customer loyalty program base on consumer persona and behaviour observed from data patterns. You will also work closely with IT team to assure data quality and enhancement for business needs.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in data analysis and management
- Previous data analysis experience from luxury industry is a must
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of CRM system and BI system
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and business acumen
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
