Our client is a fast growing NFT, blockchain company with an aggressive plan presence in their pipeline. They are currently in a growth phase as an organization and thus, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre professional to join the company.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team, you will drive the conceptualisation, production and implementation of a technology roadmap while managing geographically dispersed developers and blockchain tech experts. In addition, you will own the creation and ownership of long-term product vision and strategy in order to build and manage your own technology team to execute the vision. As a team leader, you will maintain and manage existing technology partners, provide clear direction and insight into market changes and trends as well as defining metrics for products and measure business impact.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Someone who thrives in a start-up environment
- Experienced in multiple Blockchain Decentralised Applications
- A strong technical and business understanding of the NFT ecosystem
- Blockchain architecture understanding and a strong background in C/C++, .NET, Java, open-source
- Prior experience building and leading teams who tackle complex problems and perform broad technology implementations
- Fintech adoption experience will be a great plus
- Effective communication at all levels - staff, clients, executives, vendors - and to diverse constituencies both technical and non- technical
- Experience in using a well-structured life cycle management process for implementation of changes in application systems
- Good command in English and Chinese
