About Our Client
Our client is a world leading chemical material manufacturer and employing over 17,000 staffs worldwide. Due to business expansion plan in Asia, they are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Handling order management with documentations, order creation, coordinate with logistics team and different functional parties to ensure prompt delivery
- Manage orders by communicating between customer, internal teams, and external parties of updating the order status, shipping schedule, credit issue, order taking and tracking to maintain customer satisfaction
- Handling whole Bonded Logistics Park (BLP) process and U-Turn orders and daily review the BLP order status in Greater China to keep customer and sales for the status updates
- Drive improvement on operation process and ensure that they have provide efficient and effective support to internal and external parties
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Management/ Engineering/ Operations Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Services/ Supply Chain Management/ Order Management
- Strong knowledge in BLP & U-Turn, Block Management and Sample handling
- Proficient in SAP
- Regional experience is preferable
- Fluent communication in English and Mandarin
