About our Client

Our client is a International Coffee Retail chain. With their ambitious business expansion plan, they are now looking for right candidate to join them.

About the Role

  • Work in a team of total 7 CS, mainly responsible for:
  • Answer daily phone calls and emails in a high service level stand, enquiries including product requests, after-sales, complaints, repairs, etc
  • Communicate closely with boutiques, ensure clear and complete handover of cases.
  • Total Package around $17-20K x 12 + Bonus

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred with 2 years of experience in retail, customer / concierge service
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good team player.
