About The Company
Our client is a startup POS system service provider with businesses worldwide. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a operation team of 4, function as in project, customer service and training.
- Coordinate deployment procedure for related solutions
- Assist in menu input and system configuration according to merchant's operation
- Conduct on-site product related training / activities and provide coaching to end-users
- Response to end-users enquiry on product related questions
- Provide software training and support to our channel partners (both locals and overseas)
- Coordinate with helpdesk support team on troubleshooting technical issues
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines with working experience in IT firms / F&B / hospitality companies
- Experience with product training is a plus Able to translate technical features into business-related processes
- Self-motivated, disciplined, good inter-personal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
