About The Company

Our client is a startup POS system service provider with businesses worldwide. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a operation team of 4, function as in project, customer service and training.
  • Coordinate deployment procedure for related solutions
  • Assist in menu input and system configuration according to merchant's operation
  • Conduct on-site product related training / activities and provide coaching to end-users
  • Response to end-users enquiry on product related questions
  • Provide software training and support to our channel partners (both locals and overseas)
  • Coordinate with helpdesk support team on troubleshooting technical issues

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines with working experience in IT firms / F&B / hospitality companies
  • Experience with product training is a plus Able to translate technical features into business-related processes
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
