About our Client
Our partner is an MNC, due to company expansion they are now looking for talents to join them. They are now looking for Customer Service executive join their Customer Service team.
Responsibility
- Handle day-to-day shipping and operation duties per company procedures
- Input shipping data and co-ordinate shipping logistics both internally and externally
- Answer clients or internal staff queries and call in a professional manner
Requirement:
- At least 1-2 year working experience (previous shipping experience is preferred)
- Diploma or above
- Well-organized, detail-minded, able to work independently with strong initiative
- Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese ( Cantonese & Mandarin ) & English
- Responsible and eager to learn
