About our Client

Our partner is an MNC, due to company expansion they are now looking for talents to join them. They are now looking for Customer Service executive join their Customer Service team.

Responsibility

  • Report to senior management
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to follow up service orders, shipment status and compliant management in a professional manner
  • Monitor and manage the delivery of excellent customer service within agreed schedule, cost and quality to customers
  • Propose continuous improvement for customer service workflow to smoothen the operation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with 3 years of solid customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
