About the Company
Our client is a start up providing e-ordering solution for F&B, both local and global partners. They are now looking for Customer service executive to support their operation.
Responibility
- As project lead on restaurant merchants system migration process, coordinate with helpdesk support team on troubleshooting technical issue
- Provide software training and support to channel partners local and overseas, conduct on-site product related training / activities and provide coaching to end-users
- Deliver quality training on our products and follow through customers' cases during nursing period
- Response to end-users enquiry on product related questions
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above at least 3 years of solid client service / relationship management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage
