Our clients are well known brands within IT & T, focusing on data centre and cloud service provider. To cope with the business expansion plan, they are seeking for potential candidate for their Customer Services Executive Team:
Responsibilities:
- Work in a team of 4 and report to a assistant customer service manager, to handle all key account customer inquiries
- Provide backend support to smooth the operation
- Attend customer hotline & email enquiry, handle escalation and referral cases from customers
- Provide after sales ordering support to Sales including contract preparation & processing, order processing
Requirement:
- Degree or above, good problem solving, decision-making and judgment
- 2-4 year corpoarate account servicing experience
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
