About the Role
- Respond to general customer requests, enquiries, comments and complaints, providing excellent customer and consultative service to customers
- Address and resolve, or pass on issues to relevant departments for follow-up based on social care handling guidelines
- Always aim to provide a satisfactory response to customer within guidelines
- Be innovative in providing resolution and recovery measures based on the need of each customer approaching us
About the Person
- Diploma holder or above, fresh graduate is welcome
- Able to multi-task and prioritize with excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
