About the Role
- Work in a team of 6, provide premium afte sales service to customer in call centre environment
- To resolve customer enquiries and comments by investigating the root source of the issue
- To identify solutions to enhance customer experience
- To identify cross-sell opportunities to VIP customer and customer relationship building to improve overall sales
About the Person
- Diploma or above
- 1-3 year of work experience
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Good Cantonese, Mandarin, English
